66HL4M-BDV Product Description
The 66HL4M-BDV JKM625-650N from JinkoSolar is a premium N-type bifacial solar module engineered for utility-scale and industrial solar installations. Delivering 625W–650W of high-efficiency power, this panel combines TOPCon cell technology and dual-glass construction to achieve up to 24.06% module efficiency and superior long-term reliability in extreme environments.
Featuring JinkoSolar’s proprietary HOT 3.0 technology, these modules offer enhanced resistance to degradation, exceptional low-light performance, and industry-leading bifacial energy gains, capturing reflected light to reduce LCOE by up to 30%. Certified for 5400Pa front/2400Pa rear mechanical loads and PID resistance, the JKM625-650N is built to endure harsh climates from deserts to coastal zones while ensuring 30-year operational integrity.
The 66HL4M-BDV JKM625-650N is optimized for high-irradiance regions and projects requiring maximized ROI, with applications including Utility-Scale Farms in desert deployments (such as UAE and Saudi Arabia) that leverage bifacial gains from sandy terrain, Industrial Rooftops with white reflective surfaces in Southeast Asia (like Thailand and Malaysia), Coastal Installations featuring salt mist-resistant designs for port facilities or island grids, and High-Snow Areas where it holds a 5400Pa load certification suitable for alpine regions (including Canada and Northern Europe).

Jinko Solar Product Details
Each Jinko solar panel comes with labels (specs included). The front features photovoltaic cells for energy capture, while the back integrates junction boxes, cables, and connectors.
Solar Panel Packages
Solar panels are packaged in cardboard boxes. For streamlined logistics handling, the boxes are palletized, with additional green strapping on individual boxes for reinforcement. For large-scale shipping, boxes are secured inside containers using crossed straps to prevent movement. This multi-layer packaging ensures protection during transit, whether for short-distance warehouse transfers or long-haul international shipments of photovoltaic panels.
Efficient Logistics
JY Solar Panel provides two transportation options: sea and land. As the most commonly chosen method for the majority of orders, sea transportation is regarded as the default mode. Quotations are typically based on trade terms such as FOB, CIF, or EXW. For specific regional needs, we also offer land transportation.
